This Garmisch Guest House is adjacent to some of Garmisch main spots such as Hausberg ("Garmisch Classic"), Zugspitzbahnhof and Riessersee Walks and Trails. The Central Bus Station (FLIXBUS), mainline rail station are all just a short walk of 15-20 minutes from the guest house. The next city bus stop is located 2 walking minutes from the guesthouse.

Directions:
From direction Munic (München) by Highway A95. After the tunnel, turn right towards Grainau. Follow the street until "Marienplatz". Than turn left into Alpspitzstraße up to until "Sankt-Martin-Strasse" - turn right into it - our house is the first one on the right side.
